Bishop Johnny L. Davis, the eldest son of Deacon Paul and Mother Willie Mae Beason Davis was educated in Spartanburg County schools and graduated from James F. Byrnes High School in Duncan, SC. He has satisfied many years of corporate labor with the Hoechst Celanese company. He retired as Department Manager and is   currently Pastor of Emmanuel Apostolic Faith Church, Greenville, SC for nearly 13 years. One of Bishop Davis' favorite scriptures is Romans 11:33 -34,  which says, O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgements and His ways past finding out! For who hath known the mind of God? Or who hath been His counsellor?

Lady Evelyn Davis is the fourth daughter and the sixth child born to Bishop Casper Cohens, Sr., and Mother Jessie L. Cohens. Lady Evelyn was educated in Greenville County schools, and graduated from Eastside High School in Taylors SC. She also is retired from Hoechst Celanese and is dedicating her time to higher education and service in the Lord’s Church. 

 

Bishop Johnny L. & Lady Evelyn have served most of their lives in ministry. Their organization affiliations include, Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Apostolic Assemblies of Christ, Inc, and currently Apostolic Faith Fellowship International. They have enjoyed many opportunities because of their love for Christ and His church. They recently celebrated their greatest milestone together; 51 years of marriage November 10, 2024. Congratulations to them on this milestone! God has shown His hand in every area of their lives, and as they continue to minister in the Lord's Church, their best is yet to come!!!
